We specialise in advising on the legal issues of buying and selling property in France and on French inheritance issues. We also advise clients on the transfer of French property to an ex-spouse following a divorce.

We assist not only individuals and/or families but also firms of solicitors who need guidance in matters with a French property element such as succession matters.
We provide independent legal advice and most of our work comes to us from personal recommendation from previous clients, agents or lawyers.

Annie Digby is the principal of the business. She is a French national who has many years’ experience in providing specialist advice to clients with French property related issues, previously as a solicitor and currently as an independent legal adviser/consultant.
